Air scooter wheels are manufactured by Dong Ming. Dong Ming took more than 20 months to research, design and test air scooter wheels. We use: hollow core technology. The hollow core technology means you get the strength of twin plate arches with the lightest of air in the inner chamber. Firstly , we use CNC lathe to precision turning 1 piece core plate from 1 piece aircraft grade aluminum solid bar , we would like to eliminate as much excess material as possible . And then we stamp 2 pieces core plates into 1 piece core.
